3-Day Essence of Tanzania – Luxury

This tour is the perfect itinerary for those who only have 3 days available and wish to visit the most famous national parks in Tanzania. Except from the Serengeti, this tour will give you a great understanding of Tanzanian national parks in a short amount of time.

Day 1: Tarangire National Park → Karatu (Luxury Overnight)

Your luxury safari begins with a scenic drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, a wilderness famous for its majestic baobab trees and the largest elephant herds in northern Tanzania. Enjoy an unhurried game drive along the Tarangire River, where wildlife gathers throughout the day.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater → Karatu (Luxury Overnight)

Enjoy a relaxed yet rewarding game drive through groundwater forests alive with birdlife and baboon troops, then follow the lake’s edge in search of flamingos, elephants, giraffes, and—if lucky—the famous tree-climbing lions.
